BODY GUEST HOUSE – DECLARATION ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

INTRODUCTION

Body Guest House (hereinafter only the "Guest House") is a part of the complex of BODY klinika plastické chirurgie s.r.o. Within the Guest House operation, we process certain personal data of our guests while paying attention to the fact that all the processing takes place in accordance with the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation hereinafter only the "Regulation").

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We get all the personal data directly from you.
At the stage of non-binding inquiry by you, we process the personal data, i.e. the name, surname and e-mail or telephone number through which you contact us.
In the case of the accommodation, the Guest House keeps the book of accommodated foreigners in order to comply with the mandatory obligation to keep foreigners´ personal data in the Guest House book specified in Section 101 of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Territory of the Czech Republic and on Amendments to Some Acts. The scope of data entered into the Guest House book is specified as follows by this provision: name and surname of the foreigner accommodated, day, month and year of birth, citizenship, passport No., beginning and end of the accommodation. Both in the case of domestic guests and foreigners, the Guest House as the accommodation provider processes their personal data pursuant to Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on Local Fees in order to collect the leisure stay fee for the municipality. In accordance with this Act, the Guest House keeps the book of records in writing into which it enters the time of accommodation, purpose of stay, name, surname, address of permanent stay or residence address abroad and ID Card No. or passport No. of the private individual accommodated by the Guest House.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

We gain all the personal data we collect in order to comply with the obligations arising from the legal regulations an in order to perform the contract and to protect our possible legitimate interests, namely the protection in the case of complaints.

 PERSONAL DATA ARCHIVING

• We keep the personal data we obtain from you during your inquiry about accommodation in electronic form and only for the time necessary to process your inquiry. After that, we erase the personal data.
• We keep the personal data we process based on the provision of the accommodation service and which are entered in the documentary book of records for six years. After that, we erase your personal data.
• Those personal data which are necessary to protect our legitimate interests are an exception from the above stated.

YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING THE PERSONAL DATA

You have the right of access to the personal data we process about your, right to rectification, right to erasure or right to restriction of processing. You may raise the objection against the processing of the personal data that concern you or to complain at the Office for the Personal Data Protection.
